Refund policy

DVL Pet Essentials accepts return requests for eligible unused pet accessories within 30 days after delivery. Items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and included parts. Please keep your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

To request a return, use the Contact page at https://dvlpetessentials.com/pages/contact. Include your order number, the item, and the reason for the request. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please include photos when possible and contact us promptly so we can investigate.

Contact us before mailing a return. We will provide return instructions, any required authorization number, and the correct return address. Items may ship from different suppliers and may need to be returned separately. Do not send a return to a shipping-label address without our instructions. The date you first contact us determines whether your request is within the return window.

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. We do not impose an undisclosed restocking fee. For an item confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover any return shipping we require.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. Your refund is not limited to supplier store credit and is not conditional on our supplier reimbursing us first.

For exchanges, contact us before placing a replacement order. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins; applicable return rights still apply.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights concerning faulty, misdescribed, or undelivered goods, or any cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.
